BCE Ventures does not knowingly accept clients located in, or acting on behalf of persons or entities in, jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions or export-control restrictions.
Source of funds
Revenue is earned exclusively from consulting fees paid by business clients in exchange for advisory work, planning, documentation, research, and operational support.
BCE Ventures does not earn revenue from investment activity, lending, payment processing, trading, or any other regulated financial activity. The company does not receive funds on behalf of third parties and does not act as an intermediary for client payments.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment, or approved business payment platforms, as specified in each engagement letter. Invoices are issued in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
BCE Ventures does not accept anonymous, cryptocurrency, or cash payments, and does not accept funds intended to be transferred onward to third parties.

BCE Ventures is registered in Wyoming, United States, and works with clients remotely across international markets, subject to applicable sanctions, export controls, and the compliance restrictions of the company's banking and payment providers.
